This is what I am expecting my florist and coordinator to handle for us :) That's what I'm paying them for, right?
The florist won't necessarily pin it on for you -- especially if you've only scheduled a drop off. The coordinator should handle it, yes, but in case there's another emergency he/she will have to attend to, it's good to know!
